Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping at The Glow Ritual. This Shipping Policy explains how we process, ship, and deliver your order.

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-3 business days of purchase (Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.

Shipping Times

Estimated delivery: 7-11 days from dispatch. Occasional delays can occur due to customs processing, carrier disruptions, extreme weather, or high order volumes, and are outside of our control.

Shipping Costs

Shipping is free on all orders.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

For international orders, you may be responsible for import duties, taxes, or customs fees charged by your country. These are not included in your order total.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at jean.shopfy@gmail.com and we will help locate your package or arrange a resolution.
