We want you to love your Glow Ritual products. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

You may request a return or refund within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.

Your Right of Withdrawal (EU/UK Customers)

If you are a consumer located in the European Union or United Kingdom, you have a legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason, in accordance with applicable consumer protection law. This legal right exists alongside, and does not limit, our 30-day money-back guarantee above.

How to Start a Return

Email us at jean.shopfy@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will respond with return instructions within 1-2 business days.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval status of your refund. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please note your bank or card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at jean.shopfy@gmail.com with photos of the issue, and we will arrange a free replacement or full refund, no return shipping required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, opened or used skincare products cannot be returned unless they are damaged or defective.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
